Egg turning prevents the embryo from sticking to the shell membrane and ensures even distribution of nutrients. At least 3 turns per day are recommended; commercial machines handle this automatically.
Turning should be applied until day 18 of incubation. From day 18 onward, eggs are moved to the hatching position and turning is stopped.
If turning manually, mark eggs with X/O so you can track which side has been turned. INCUVIONLAB's automatic turning motor fully automates this step.
